Home Survey Direct Facts & Benefits:
Our Surveyors undertake Consultancy work for Building Surveying, Party Wall Surveying and Valuation companies throughout England and Wales.
Our Surveyors will carry out the property inspection, all necessary tests on site and provide you with a thorough and comprehensive completed report ready to be served and sent directly to your client.
Rest assured the Surveyor undertaking the property inspection and completing the report will be both qualified and highly experienced in Building Surveying, Defect Analysis and Valuation.
We complete the inspections and reports in a time effective manner, our aim is to have the inspection booked in within 2 days of instruction and complete the report 3 days after the Surveyor’s property inspection.
Our Surveyors have all the necessary tools to complete the inspection. These will include, however are not limited to; a Protimeter, Laser Measure, Hand Measure, Drain Keys, Ladders, Binoculars, Voltage Indicator, Screw Driver Set.
Your branding or ours? We can fully brand the completed Reports to meet your companies brand guidelines. We can also leave the reports brand and logo free.
Our Surveyors are on hand post report to discuss the report’s findings, recommendations and property defects that were noted with yourself or the client directly.
Our Surveyors are fully insured on a £250,000 each and every Claim or Loss basis by Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe. As our Surveyors will be signing off the reports, you can instruct us in the knowledge that there was a claim, it would be handled on our insurance rather than yours.
Using Home Survey Direct enables you to satisfy your existing clients’ Building Survey requirements without having to refer them to a competitor’s firm. As the reports can be branded with your own logo, the final report will be seamless with your own companies brand assets.
Our fixed and transparent pricing structure ensures you and your clients benefit from a fixed cost and cost effective service for the completed report with no added extras. This ensures you’re able to quote your clients free from any price changes our end!

Here at Home Survey Direct, our approach to pricing is fixed, clear and straightforward. What you’re quoted is what you’ll pay, there aren’t any added extras, unknowns or nasty surprises!
You remain our cleint, so you’re free to mark up our prices, set them at your own level and invoice your clients for that directly.
